Boosting Up offers music and therapist-recommended tips which can contribute to this effort.  The six collections offer material addressing self-esteem building, depression help, overcoming procrastination tendencies, and how to increase creativity or add playfulness to your day. 

What is the music? 
The music in each Calming Down collection has been carefully selected, mostly from the Baroque Era, and is intended to create a constructive atmosphere for planning the specific personal changes you have chosen.  All recordings were made by a professional pianist specifically for The Mood Bank, with a recording quality designed to sound like the piano is being played right in your home.
