How do I chose a collection for my needs?

The Mood Bank offers 18 different collections which can be used to help you achieve a more intentional lifestyle.  That is a lot to choose from!  Follow these steps to identify which one is right for you:

  1. Consider the following simple questions.  
  2. Click on collections to which you answer yes.
  3. The corresponding collection may be the right one for you!

Do you need to RELAX more, or improve your STRESS MANAGEMENT skills?

Are you concerned about ADHD or just need to FOCUS better?
